CST for Everybody

"Our bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically,
if we are willing to listen."

-Shakti Gawain
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a form of manual therapy which has evolved from osteopathic roots. CST uses an incredibly gentle touch, usually around five grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel) to manipulate the movement of the bones and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid to greater enhance the mobility, balance and function of the body. The body seeks balance, and needs mobility. When parts of the body don't move independently of their neighbors, pain and loss of function can result. This type of therapy is done fully clothed.
CST sessions are conducted fully clothed, and thusly are a perfect choice for individuals who feel uncomfortable disrobing for other types of treatment.

They are gentle enough for even the most sensitive individuals, and those who experience inflammation following traditional massage.

Clients have found relief from a wide assortment of conditions and symptoms ranging from headaches, autoimmune conditions, TMJ dysfunction, chronic middle ear infections, vertigo, chronic back and neck pain, joint immobility, sinus congestion, migraines,
