LGBTQ+ competent childbirth education
As a community we face particular challenges to obtaining information about pregnancy that relates to our experience. By utilizing a queer childbirth educator, your learning experience can be more personalized to meet your needs as queer parents-to-be, in a space where your safety and comfort are of the utmost concern. It is the aim of these classes is to address not only practical medical information about pregnancy, labor and the postpartum, but to do so in a space where there is an awareness and celebration of multi-faceted gender identities and expressions, sexual identities and relationship structures. Please reach out with any questions you have about whether or not our classes will meet your needs. |
